George Edelen h/o Sarah Ann Edelen is not George Stonestreet Edelen.274,273

Changed ancestry to unknown from Crolian Edelen's December 28, 1999
letter indicating that the George who married Sarah Ann Edelen is not
George Stonestreet Edelen. The question that remains is whether
James Polin Edelen is in fact the son of George and Sarah Ann Edelen.
Crolian Edelen sent this to the Marion County Historical Society in
Lebanon, Kentucky. I called today and the president will send me
what she finds when feeling better.
Removed George Stonestreet Edelen information.

Hi Charles,
You've just touched upon a "hot" controversy. Charmaine Edelen and
another Edelen expert think that I've got George Stonestreet Edelen's
parents wrong. However, I'm in touch with someone else that believes
H.W. Newman is correct (he's my source). When/if I get this mess
straightened out, I'll let you (and a bunch of other people) know.
Also, if you have any information that could help shed light on this,
I would appreciate any assistance! Take care,
