Notes for Deborah "Goodner" Gardner
!Her parents may have been Samuel and Elizabeth Gardner, also Gardiner, of Hartford in 1640 and Wethersfield from 1640 to 1659. Samuel died in Hadley on 21 Jun 1676 after moving there in 1659. !George W. Colton, A Genealogical Record of the Descendants of Quartermaster George Colton, (Lancaster, Pa.:Wickesham Printing, 1912), p. 1 death and marriage. ___________________ Goodner from online as middle name ___________________ Sun, 12 Dec 1999 16:56:57 -0700 "Lance McRae" <lance@wasatch.com> Charles,] That is my wife's line and she has never worked any of those lines. We got her info from various family group sheets submitted to the LDS library in Salt Lake City. I don't have anything other than what is on the net....I show Deborah Gardner being born in 1624 of Longmeadow, Hampden, Mass. Being christened same year in Sutton Goldfield, Warwick, Eng. (that one is strange) Perhaps it is visa versa....She shows dying 15 Sep 1689 in Springfield, Hampden, Mass. Her father is John Gardner and Mary. Deborah married George Colton in 1644 in Hampden, Mass. They appear to have had 10 children together..If you need these children, let me know and i will type them up for you. John Gardner shows as being born abt. 1598 in England, no other info given on him and no parents. He married a Mary born about 1602 of Longmeadow, Hampden, Mass. and they just show the one child, Deborah in 1624. Hope this helps a bit...Thanks. Lance
