I read your posting to the coal miners mail list regarding mines in
Shoaf, PA. I believe that's in Fayette County and the likely coal
operator is Frick. My mother has contacted the family (or its
representatives) who say they are not EVER releasing records of its
mining operations. Probably because of human rights issues and fear
of lawsuits.
