Charles:

This is Elizabeth Roe, widow of Col. Nicholas Lowe who died in Talbot
County in 1714. He was the brother of Col. Henry Lowe, who had land
in St. Mary's County adjacent to our Maj. John Lowe.

As we've established, this Col. Nicholas and Col. Henry were sons of
John Lowe and Catherine Pilkington. That John, in turn, was a son of
Vincent Lowe and Anne Cavendish.
